Hi there

Just a quick note to give credit where credit is due...

About two weeks ago I started looking at AV solutions for home, and after phoning a number of AV 'SPECIALISTS' and finding them wanting in terms of service and products, I decided to approach Phenomenon AV ( [Hidden Web Address] ) after seeing them one Saturday morning on an actuality show on DSTV's Kyknet channel.

I can attest to the fact that they have exceeded my expectation in delivering a solution, being helpful and always friendly (and a **** side patient with my indecisiveness :) )

They even went so far as to arranging to pick up specific stock items from a supplier who were a tad tardy in delivering items in an agreed time frame.

Ladies, keep up the good work, and I will refer without hesitation, anyone to your shop.
